The Australian Federal Police are investigating the claims by three former staff members that the RBA company produced banknote substrate, a plastic material used by the firm, to make the banknotes of Nigeria, Vietnam, and a third unnamed country without orders from their central banks, The Age newspaper in Melbourne reported.
