Enterprise Cloud:

It’s a cloud-based version of the RPA platform consisting of Studio, Robots, and Orchestrator. 

Enterprise Server:

If Enterprise Cloud is a cloud-based version, the Enterprise Server is the on-premise version containing Studio, Robots, and Orchestrator.
